We fight the intellectual diktat, the cultural hegemony, the human arrogance of the Africanists, who do not know more Africa and its problems than Africans themselves. We fight the feeling of superiority of the Africanists, eternal sermonizers. Especially, their racism, visible or hidden.
We refuse categorically the qualifiers of contempt, disdain, failure to respect which the Africanists stop inventing to stick them, by the strength, on our existence: yesterday "primitive", today "afrocentrism". The African dignity asks to speak about "Pan-Africanism", about " African Unity ", about the African Renaissance ", without caricature. They are ideals, seen fit and necessary political, economic, cultural, historic objectives by us and for us. [...]
It is this visceral racism that we fight, for the triumph of the mutual
respect, some human dignity and the fruitful cooperation. We have to move forward, and not keep rehearsing, for years, the old pictures of the colonial anthropology, the mental images of the
periods of the slave trade practised by all the philosophies, all the religions and all the European nations.
The truth will triumph and, with her, it will be the end of the
rear-worlds Africanists. The weak man will not return any more, at midday, such a proven zombie. "
